What You Will Be Doing
- You will install, service, and maintain water softeners, filtration systems, and reverse osmosis units in residential and commercial settings.
- You will perform on-site water testing and document results to ensure systems are performing correctly.
- You will troubleshoot system issues and complete repairs efficiently, getting customers back to clean water as quickly as possible.
- You will educate customers on how their systems work and provide guidance on proper maintenance.
- You will maintain accurate service records and job notes for every appointment.
- You will manage inventory on your service vehicle, ensuring tools and equipment are in good condition and ready for each job.
- You will provide excellent customer service during every appointment, representing our company with professionalism and care.
- You will follow all safety procedures and company standards while working in crawl spaces, attics, or outdoor environments.
What We Are Looking For
- You have mechanical aptitude and are comfortable using hand and power tools.
- You have strong problem-solving skills and pay close attention to detail.
- You have good communication skills and genuinely enjoy helping customers.
- You have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- You are physically able to lift 50 pounds or more and work in various environments including crawl spaces and attics.
- Prior experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or water treatment is a plus, but not required—we provide full training for the right candidate.
- You are reliable, show up on time, and take pride in your work.
