 Key Responsibilities

In this hands-on role, you will be a key player in our logistics chain. Your day will involve:

• Efficiently picking and packing customer orders with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring every item is correctly selected and prepared for dispatch.
• Operating warehouse technology, including voice picking systems, to guide your work and maximize productivity.
• Safely operating material handling equipment such as a Tugger (Electric Pallet Jack) and a Reach Forklift after appropriate training and certification.
• Performing general warehouse duties including loading, unloading, and maintaining a clean and orderly work area.
• Consistently meeting and striving to exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) for speed, accuracy, and safety.
• Adhering to all safety protocols and contributing to a secure workplace for yourself and your colleagues.

Qualifications

To hit the ground running and succeed in our fast-paced setting, you will need:

Essential Requirements:

• Proven, recent experience in a similar pick/pack warehouse environment.
• Demonstrated experience using voice picking technology and operating a Tugger (Electric Pallet Jack).
• A current, clean police record and willingness to undergo a formal police check.
• Excellent physical fitness with the ability to perform repetitive manual tasks and safely handle items up to 20kg.
• Absolute reliability, punctuality, and a strong, proactive work ethic.
• Your own reliable transport to get to our Ravenhall location.
• Full availability for the 4.30 AM starts and 10-hour shift pattern, Monday to Thursday (4:30 AM – 2:30 PM), with some Fridays required during peak periods.

Highly Regarded:

• A current forklift licence (LF) with experience operating a Reach Forklift.
• Excellent numeracy and literacy skills for accurate order processing.
